Jamie Rowles

In the last decade, Jamie has completed over 50 climate and environmental investments at funds in the UK and US. He joins from Founders Forum Group, where he helped launch first-of-a-kind climate investment programs including at the University of Oxford.

Jamie built, led and still manages a portfolio formerly known as Sky Ocean Ventures – a unique ocean health fund applying a circularity lens to the plastic crisis, anchored by Sky. He is also a founding team member of leading UK-based AgTech company Tropic Biosciences ($100M raised to date) and built an early sharing economy food operations marketplace AirKitchen (backed by Just Eat and Pi Labs).

He completed his MBA at UCLA Anderson (Price Award) and served as a founding member of the Anderson Venture Impact Partners. Prior to early-stage venture, Jamie worked as a private equity investment lawyer working with Freshfields, Blackstone and Simpson Thatcher in London and Middle East.

He resides in London with his wife and three kids.
